The following is a list of my services and costs as of January 1st 2013. I do not charge GST at this time. Insurance receipts are e-mailed. I can also print receipts upon request. Massage Therapy  
Whether you want relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage or lymphatic drainage, my rates remain the following:

30 Minutes - $45
45 Minutes - $65
60 Minutes - $80
90 Minutes - $120
Package of twelve (12) 30 minute treatments - $400 ($33.33 per 30 minute session)
Package of twelve (12) 60 minute treatments - $750 ($62.50 per 60 minute session)

30 minute packages may be used consecutively, use 2 for a 60 minute treatment, or 3 for a 90 minute. 60 minute packages may not be used consecutively. Package treatments cannot be shared between multiple people. 

Hydrotherapy & Other Modalities
Hydrotherapy is the use of either hot or cold therapies. I use applications such as thermophore, hot/cold packs, hot towels, Biofreeze gel, Japanese mint oil, which are all offered free of charge, used as treatment requires.
